Home Users
All repairs must be paid for before goods are collected from us goods will not be released until payment is received in full.
All orders are to be paid for at the time of ordering if the unit is not being left.
If the repaired unit is not collected within 30 days of the customer being informed of the successful repair we retain the right to sell the unit to reclaim costs.
Business Users
All repairs will be invoiced after successful repair / configuration.
All invoice must be paid within 7 days of the work being completed.
